Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I put tobacco in few minutes ago now i have a some scratch on my mouth and get swollen this may cause mouth cancer bt im not getting any pain and not getting pain when im drink hot material

Is there any cream to numb my baby's ears before piercing? She's 7 weeks old. We are taking her to the local jeweller tomorrow

Nose blocking specially early morning timing  3pm onwards, and when getting in or out of ac zone. Complete blockage, unable to breathe, breathing from mouth. Nosestril swell from inside. Tried nose spray and steam.

Sunddenly Swelling in the region of left collarbone. One Dr. Prescribed the medicine moxikind CV, zerodol-p. Thrise a daily for two days each medicine. After taking medicine slightly reduced swelling but not fully. USG done and Tiny noduler lesion seen in the left side of neck.  Tiny size of lesion is not fit for the FNAC by USG report.  Now what should I do next Kindly advice me.

I have ringing in my ears with no hearing loss.what treatment reduce the noise level.how to diagnose this problem.

I was having nasal congestion and ear pain so the doctor prescribed lasma Ab to me to have for 2 weeks , but I couldn't meet the doctor and so I continued with the medicine , my nasal condition is okay . Will having lasma Ab for 2 extra weeks cause any damage?

It has been 5 months in the month of nov, when I first noticed my nose bleed. Since then I have faced many problems in my nose. I sometimes get rhinitis allergy and starts sneezing. But most frequently I get nose bleed when I clean my nose. I have used liquid parafin to moisturise my nose. In the month of Jan and feb my problem got in peak. Then recently it became stable. But still once in a week or 10 days when I clean my nose, I get very tiny cells of blood from my nose.(all this from right side of nostril) I dont generally get nose blocks but when i lie down I get nose block on right nostril. I dont feel pain or other problem its just this nose bleed which is troubling me. I get less smell from right nostril as compared to left. I recently started applying oil inside my nose that made me push my finger a little deep inside there in right nostril about 1 inch inside i found hard surface which is not there in left side. Can this possibly be early stage of cancer?
