Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I had problems ear since when I was kid. I had small lump inside ear. Sometime hurting very bad until last year this lump finally out with white colour and smelling. And I also have ichy since 1 year and becoming worse. I already went to doctor and he gave me antibiotics water drop for my ear but I still have ichy problem. And now my ear making sound like broken cassette and also when I fly with plane also make sound because of pressure.

Mild deviation of nasal septum towards left side with well defined irregular lobulated soft tissue density mass  at right side cavity causing destruction of right ethmoid sinus extending into right osteomeatus complex causing obstruction in right frontal sinus with small amount of free fluid in right frontal sinus -antro-ployp

I have a lump under my earlobe, it's hard and its pea size or rajma beans size. It does not move is it a cancer ??

Hi, my mother was diagnosed with TB last year and after medication for 9 months, she was found to be alright and tested negative for TB two times for sputum sample. recently, in one if regular blood checkups, her TLC was elevated(report attached). her throat is choked and has not recovered even after a week of medication. she is being tested for infections and was found to be negative for dengue/malaria and swine flu. another thing to mention is that she has ILD and was being given steroid for same. she does not visibly has any issue nor she complains of any pain except some coughing and choked throat. her sugar came a bit high as well but apart from that, no one is able to identify the cause(which infection) of high TLC. could u please guide if she appears normal and nothing is alarming or there is cause to be worried and we should escalate to another hospital. also, how should we proceed ahead.

Running nose, red eyes, sneezing, itchy throat. in summer problem remains, in winters it is fine. suffering from last 4 years

I hve been suffering from sinusitis for a long time was operated 4 removal of xtra bone in 2010 but since dat I hve not completely recovered..as my left side still gets blckd cause of swellings I hve stopd otrivin for a yr nw . I think I m suffering frm post nasal drip n d mucus gets collected vry often in my throat cozing Halitosis plz suggest any treatment which will help me get rid of post nasal drip and halitosis completely.

I am having too much pain in the right side of my tonsils, and this pain extends from upper part of tonsil to ear. Everytime I swollow food or water, it pains a lot. I had cold 5 days back. But it is cured now. I have a doubt in it is tonsils infection or ear clogging. Because i haven't done earwax cleaning from a very long time.

I am having dry cough from past one month. The cough is sometimes yellowish and mostly with some black elements( like dust) Neither I smoke nor I live in dust environment. Now I am feeling weakness , fatigued all the time and like to lay down. I am also feeling light body pain. From last 5 days I am feeling mild stress on chest and abdomen when I cough. I look tired and fatigued. Please suggest me appropriate advice
