Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Today afternoon I had chicken pulav small piece of bone struck and getting pain please see the concern

I am having too much pain in the right side of my tonsils, and this pain extends from upper part of tonsil to ear. Everytime I swollow food or water, it pains a lot. I had cold 5 days back. But it is cured now. I have a doubt in it is tonsils infection or ear clogging. Because i haven't done earwax cleaning from a very long time.

I am having dry cough from past one month. The cough is sometimes yellowish and mostly with some black elements( like dust) Neither I smoke nor I live in dust environment. Now I am feeling weakness , fatigued all the time and like to lay down. I am also feeling light body pain. From last 5 days I am feeling mild stress on chest and abdomen when I cough. I look tired and fatigued. Please suggest me appropriate advice

While cleaning my ear with earbud, the bud went inside a bit more and got a sudden very minor pain..then i found very little blood spot on the cotton bud...does it damaged my ear drum? Will there be any issue and do i need to consult an ENT?

Hi Doctor, I am a final year college student staying in Hostel, 3 days ago I have severe pain while swallowing. I used to take warm water with salt to treat this problem. Pain is reduced. But after 1 day I got severe throat pain along with fever and headache, I cannot able to drink a water itself. I consulted a doctor, he recommends me to take CEPODEM200 TABLETS MORNING AND NIGHT. It actually helps me with swallowing problem. But while awaking in the morning, I have a same severe throat pain along with chest burning irritation with vomiting which is rectified along a day and continues in every morning. Kindly help me with some MEDICATIONS AND FOODS for reducing this problem. My final year exams are on the way. Kindly I don't need the worst pain scenario in morning.
