Running nose and irritating nose now days.im using nasocan for decongestion.i have sinusitis. Do i need surgery

Sir surgery would depend on how much infection you have. I suggest u get a ct scan of the nose done. Running nose and irritation is due to allergy, for which u have to take medicines.
