Hello, i'm having a very bad pain from 1 month under my throat(i have marked the exact position in the picture) it was very mild at starting but since few days back, it is getting worse like if there is something stuck inside there. The pain is only in the right side of the neck and i can feel that in the ear too. While looking i found something inside the mouth that is looking unusual. I captured in second picture. Can you please tell me if i'm in any danger. I'm worried now.
[*] I have marked everything in the picture.

It looks like tonsillitis sir. The neck pain could possibly be because of lymphnode infection due to tonaillitis. Ear pain is just referred pain from the tonsil, not to worry abou that. U need to start antibiotics for tonsillitis. U can start with tab. Augmentin 625 twice daily for 5-7days. For pain u can use plain paracetamol tablets. Also do throat gargle with warm salt water.

With the picture and the point of tenderness , it probably looks like a stone in the right tonsil with probable tonsilltis. The pain in the ear is most likely a referred pain due to common nerve supply to the two regions (glossopharyngeal nerve). Please get yourself examined from an ENT specialist at the earliest and seek appropriate treatment.
