I have swelling under my left ear near jaw. Pains when pressed hard. And swollen left submandibular lymph node. Also my left tonsil is swollen. I have pain in my throat and i also have difficulty in swallowing it feels something is in a way. i looked on internet it says its symptoms of throat cancer and i am worried please let me know what is happening.
