Two days back, there was a sore in my tongue left side. I don't know how it happened or if i had bit my tongue. And yesterday at night 3 ulcers in mouth and another on right side of the tongue. And today morning i woke up to another ulcer in my mouth. I am unable to eat it pains so much specially that sore on the left side of the tongue. Also on the left side of the neck I am having swallowing pain. I can feel the pain in my ear too.
I have a white tongue for years only the front side is red. Is it a problem?

Please get your self evaluated from an ENT specialist to diagnose the exact problem that your having. Ulcers in the oral cavity can be due to various causes and have to evaluated accordingly.
