I want to do a suture less ear Job repair as due to some childhood conditions and my love for big earrings made my ear holes big so I want to close them up and get new one's later

If you want to get the ear piercings closed , you will have to undergo secondary suturing what we call as a lobuloplasty. I am afraid, to my knowledge ,there is no other permanent method we can close this defect in an effective manner.
