Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Acute cold with sore throat and running nose I am already taking azix500, diclomol, levocitrizine and esomzol dsr but i m still the same i m not able to stand also due to body ache and fever

Saya sudah 3x oprasi hidung pertama kali pakai implan tp miring , saya refisi dngn tulang kuping ttap miring , dan sekarng keadaan nya tambah parah ,ada keloid dlm hidung dan lubang mengecil Tolong info dokter yg benar2 bisa memperbaiki hidung saya

While eating food or while swallowing any thing...causes pain ..feel like something hot struck or feel like serious damage in lower throat...

I feel itching from ear to throat which calms by making sound from ear to throat.specially late nights and early mrng i feel such.How to get rid of such itching and weird sounds.After making such sound sometimes i  get running nose,ear blocks

Got an advice to use Kuff-q and Almox 500 to reduce my non stop dry coughs from a medical shop. Is it correct?

I feel somewhat strain in my neck while speaking.. In morning it's normal.. But after sometimes it happens.. I need to put efforts to speak and voice is also very recessive and dim.. Mucous retention is there. M. No soreness is present on throat..

For over 5 months now , there's blood in sputum when I cough up and pain in the throat which only seem to be increasing. I thought it was just common cold but common cold doesn't last this long and now I'm starting to get concerned. Should I consult a doctor? Could it be something serious?

I have a sneezing problem. Everytime I press my nose or clean it up I start sneezing 10-15 times. It stops only when I cover my nose with something and start  breathing through mouth and this problem occurs nearly 5-6 times a day. Please help.

Lately i have been getting a lot of wax accumulation in my ear. Ear bud doesn't help much either as it only makes it go more deeper inside the ear. Have trouble listening from that ear. There are a few things mentioned on the internet regarding this but should they be tried? Are they recommended? Or going to a doctor to do it is the only right thing?
