Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Lymph nodes of neck have swelling and are tender to touch. I am unable to find fnac procedure near my vicinity also told it will fade away by itself.

I am 35 years old female. I have a  tongue ulcer on one side of tongue since 10 days. What can I do? I have no habits of pan masala. Tanaji.

Two weeks back my friend suffered with severe cold, after doctor consultation it is confirmed that she got sinusitis. Doctor conducted few tests and x-ray to nose. And prescribed one tablet and one nasal spray for one month. My doubt is that, is it good for her health to use that medicine for one month? Please give me suggestion if further medication needed. Two days back I suffered from fever. Next day morning, back side of the ear and at jaw joint it is paining and my throat is also paining while swallowing. And while swallowing in my left ear some popping sound is coming. yesterday night this whistle sound started and  still it is there. Please help me

I do sneeze everyday when I wake up and random times when there I go out in sunlight. It gets better later in a day. But I do have irritation in Nose and no watery eyes. This has been for couple of months.

I am having a lump on my left tonsil for 2 months. It hasn't in size at all. But the submandibular lymp node on left under jaw is swollen now. I have tooth decay on left wisdom teeth as well. I have tooth decay on left side as well but no lymph node swelling there in rt side.  Could it be cancer or the lymph node is due to tooth decay. I had left ear pain as well but it's gone after salt water gargle. Please help me can it be cancer. I am a smoker as well. 25 year healthy. I am having acidic reflux and a doctor suggested me the lump is bcoz of it. Pls help. Pic I have attached
