Sore throat with difficulty speaking

I am getting some white patch on my tonsils and it also causes difficulty speaking to some extent not much. My throat feels stiff that time. Is it any concern

White patch over the tonsils can be due to various reasons. If your able to swallow without any pain and if u don't have a sore throat,you need not worry
