Hello Sir Ma'am, I'm facing this problem since a very long time everytime I eat pickles made outside Home I get stones like things in my throat which I have to take out with difficulty and they smell too...attaching picture for reference. Thanks in Advance.

These are tonsilloliths, liths meaning stone. They can be a cause for halitosis (bad breath). Avoid eating whatever predisposes you to tonsillar stone formation and if it's recurrently involved with a sore throat, then you will have to get it removed.
