Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hello Doctor, Since 25 days I can't smell 100% and I feel that something is lacking in smelling. I suffered from cold 25 days back and now I am completely OK but still I feel something is missing is smelling. I can say I smell 95%. Please advice How can I treat my smell problem. Thanks

I have lower jaw pain under ear, ear pain and neck pain for more than 5 months now. Went to ENT and no infection in sinus and ear. He ordered CT sinus scan to see if any persistent infection. I didn't do that yet. Went to dentist to see if my pain is from dental issue Dentist feel that it could be tmjd or eagle Syndrome. I went to tmj specialist and he took CbcT scan and told me I have some tmj issues.Not sure about eagle Syndrome. Whom to consult for diagnosis? In my cbct jaw scan, sinus has been seen and report says something about septum in maxillary sinus. what does it mean? is this normal or do I need further investigation from an ENT? Do I need to take sinus CT? how to check for eagle syndrome? in the report, my styloids are given as 26.51mm,27.06mm. my symptoms are constant burning pain in lower jaw under ear, ear pain, neck pain. constant feel of something stuck in throat, ringing in ear, burning pain on side of the Neck. a small lump on neck (pea size). did USG,nothing found.

But in beginning there in no cold but only sneezes. From past 3 weeks suffering with cold , runnynose and watering in eyes and light cough. As per one Doctor's suggestion I used Montack LC for 5 days once in the night after dinner. It was good actually when I used it but just after 2 days after completion of course its started again and now feeling itching in ears and now not using anything only taking steam once or twice a day and drinking hot water. What else in need to do to come out of this? Kindly suggest me do I need to take any other medicines or do I need to take any other precautions or do I need to take any special care.

Having Allergy issues for Past 10 years, now it become severe and sneezing and nose is distracted with mucus. Dust and cold is affecting it more.

My nose has been blocked from past few days, I'm doing steam inhale daily twice but even after that no changes are seen, even after taking steam breathing is not free, also having pain near the edge of eyebrows, how should I proceed next?

Sir there is huge dry wax I can see in both the ear of my 3 year old child. Do I need to clean it?? If yes then how can I clean.? Is it safe if I put some warm olive oil or baby oil in both the ear of baby overnight and then clean it next day morning or should I need to visit any EnT specialist??
