Thyroid initial stage
Hi Doctor,
I have attached my friend's thyroid test report here, please advice on next process. Can it be cured with food diet or need any medication? If so please advise which medicine to start with?

Right now it is just mildly elevated. You can try to control it by avoiding cabbage, cauliflower, radish etc.. Also exercise like sarpasana yoga may help.. But if it is still evevated after 1 month on testing again, you may need to start taking tablet.. Please consult online for further evaluation and treatment
