Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Why there is small blisters in back of my tongue..sometimes its paining...but usually not ...i'm suffering from chronic infection and taking antibiotics as per doctors prescription

The football hit my nose while playing, it bleed a little only when i blow it. Its happened only for 5 mins. Now there is no blood. Is my condition fine?

I recovered from covid 3 months back. From that time one of my nose getting blocked and it's switching the side. Most of the time left nose getting blocked. Can someone help me to understand the reason for this and treatment.

I'm having tinnitus since 10 years, after I abruptly stopped antidepressants with the advice by a psychiatrist. Initially only in right ear. Seen ENT several times. Taken audiometry several times. Tried homeopathy. Tried Gingko biloba. Nothing worked. 8 months back I had a spike in tinnitus [guessing because of earphones but not sure since I listen with low volume only]. Since then extremely loud tinnitus both ears. More in right ears. Again done tests and seen ENT..removed wax. Done everything possible but suffering like hell. Is there any hope?

I have got tested for Covid 19 today and its been around 12 hours but I am still feeling mild discomfort and pain in nose after nasal swab test . So , is it normal to have little discomfort after nasal swab test ? Or is there any thing to worry about ?

A small lump developed behind ear at lower part of skull yesterday. I feel mild pain with irritation whenever rotate head. It is not a white head and had no sharp tip. Please suggest me in this regard, thanks in advance.
