Both the ears are getting itched when using earphones. Can I know what to use to reduce that problem

She is having pain in ear on consulting doctor, we have undergone the test of which report is attached. Kindly provide me the advice whether it will be cured by medicine?? How this happened?? Will it cause any problem in future?

When I consulted an ENT specialist she cleared lots of wax in my right ear two days back.
