Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

I am not able to eat anything because I have heavy throat pain.kindly advice which foods to be taken...

I am my feeling numbness in my left side of neck going from back of ear to neck end, In my xray No 7 cervical rib is seen what does that mean ??

I have ringing sound in my left ear and it is higher during my periods time.it is too high even i can't sleep at that time.

When I consulted an ENT specialist she cleared lots of wax in my right ear two days back.
