Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

(1) when we bathing how to wash over ear. (2) how to protect saop water is not go into the ear hole.

What does platelet count of 4.2 lakh and WBC count of 12600 mean. Please let me know what does it mean or it normal range.

My son about 3yr old is not speaking clearly sometime when we say he repeats and sometimes not and he blabber something he think. How to make him speak clearly?

I had my nose pierced in January. About a month back my stud got pulled resulting in infection. I have removed my stud and used a neem stick instead to avoid closure However the infection is not healing. It is not a keloid, sometimes has pus and is very soft, almost like a blood filed pimple It was responding nicely to warm.compress and got oil with turmeric but I guess I put extra hot compress and the  around the piercing blistered. The one that you get out if hot liquids. It's very small though However i do not want my piercing to close. Please help.

Suffering from cough since 3 weeks Tried honitus ,macberry and patanjali cough syrup with no positive result

Nose getting blocked, have cold, feeling heavy, and coughing sometimes feel like water droplets from chest is getting out during cough.

What medicine should be taken for running nose, sneezing, wet cough, fever.. mucus is coming out from nose and mouth as Well sometimes breathing problem.

Last 15 days my son is feel like his throat is burning, he feels 2/3 times daily. There is no other symptoms like vomiting or stomach problem. Last week I met with one Pediatric doctor , he said it's due to throat infection and gave some medicine but result is same.

Lately when I eat little spicy I feel very spicy. Sometimes it is unbearable to eat little spicy food. Kindly advice which doctor I should see for my problem.
