Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

Hi I am 28yrs old . I have problem in my throat for almost 1 .5yrs . I showed to 3 doctor dey said infection but it dint get resolve . . The problem I m facing is 1. I feel dry in my throat . I feel some skin is feel out . 2. When ever I get up in early mornings I feel much dry and I feel to drink much water 3. Sometimes I get light pain. Why am I facing this problem as 3 doctor said all different  thing I am really worried I wanted to know what is the exact reason behind this. Is there and serious problem???

Hi Doctor, I had acid reflux around 6 months back since than the Thorat pain comes more often. I feel some node noise while solving in thoart and sometimes it feels irretation in upper chest. The stays for a week and goes of after taking allergy tabs and once doc prcd me anitbotic too. But again comes back again after a week. The throat issue more than the upper chest. My vitamin d is 18 and liver ALT is 97...( Just had a blood test). Sugar levels are normal. Thank u.

Nose is blocked, happens at night, please suggest remedy , mostly happen when season changes, taking Allegra 120

I have pain and mild swelling in the lower jaw under ear, ear pain and side of the neck since may. Went to ENT in June. He said no Infection in sinus and ear. Went to dentist and he told me few treatment for tooth. Did those and still same symptoms. Neck pain and Swelling started after a month of jaw pain under ear. I have a small lump on the side of the neck which is burning constantly. Lump is small pea size. I had neck USG and it's normal. Went to tmj dentist and he said I have jaw joint issues and muscle tightness. He didn't know why I have neck pain and mild swelling. He said it could be referred pain. It hurts constantly and hurts to touch the side of neck. Constant feel of something stuck in throat and neck is so tight and stiff. Mild swelling in side of the neck, Ringing in ear  What could be reason for this. Ent told me to take sinus ct scan to check if I have any infection in sinus. Dentist said it could be Eagle syndrome. Does it indicates Eagle syndrome? Any inputs please.

T3 - 1.25 T4 - 8.07 TSH - 4.28 Plz suggest should use 50mg or 25mG Currently using 50mcg just checking

I have a sore throat for the last six to seven months, and the problem of cough persists, sometimes it increases, and sometimes it is reduced, the medicines given by the doctor are a few days of relief and stop eating and then the problem starts.  Please advise the right treatment.
