Problem in breathing tonsils are getting bigger snoring problem. Both side are big and problem of cough Since one year

I am suffering from wet cough with mucus.Right side transil painfull and right side neck also low pain since one week. No fever .no breathing problem no body pains.pain killer is using. No sugar and BP.Age 66.salt water garling. Please advise medicins

Hi, I have had a little bit of cough from a very long time...I mean I don't literally cough...but I have the sputum...and I feel there is nothing that completely cures it from its root....l always feel like I can still produce sputum from my throat no matter what I do.... And Whenever I eat anything spicy it exacerbates for a very transient amount of time but after I gargle or rinse it goes away and becomes normal... . . The colour is normal...I don't usually eat from outside neither do I eat anything that should make it worse or even trigger it except sometimes I do eat fast food... . . My main concern here is how can I get rid of it permanently... . (Is there any test that I should go through...OR Is there any specific treatment for such condition..pls do let me know) Thank you, Regards.

My mother having a long term ear problem, she felt like something is biting inside her ears along with severe headache. She had undergone one operation (uterus removed ) before 5 years. My mother won't take much tablets and we have recently moved to Bangalore. Then after she is getting more pain and allergies on her face and the whole body becomes dark sometimes. Recently we have consulted doctors and we got a prescription for 15 days. After intake those tablets she is getting breathing problem.she never had before and she don't have diabetes or BP. She had given given covid test and it is negative.when I consulted general doctors they are saying why did you take all those tablets. So again I have consulted the previous doctor she had prescribed one long list. Now my mother's body is really tired.I will attach the prescription kindly give your suggestions. Shall we continue the same tablets and medications furthermore.

I am experiencing pain in my right ear and right part of my throat. Both the pains started at the same time. There is no wax coming out as of now.

Nasal congestion mainly at the time of sleep. Sneezing after shower,Formation of mucus. Suggest the treatment/medicine and for how many days I have to consume.
