Having nasal congestion,sometimes both nose getting blocked or partially blocked..having difficulty breathing,light pressure above chest.Was diagnosed with Rhinitis medicamentosa allergy on August.Using Respizen nasal spray daily but nose blockage is increasing now with sneezing..what should I do?

You have symptoms of allergic rhinitis.. Respizen spray usually helps in clearing the symptoms but the only sure way of reducing symptoms is to identify what causes the symptoms of allergy and avoid those allergens.. Some ppl are allergic to dust/pollen/detergents etc.. Identify which thing you are allergic to and avoid that.. Also if you are having continuous blocked feeling there is a possibility that you may have nasal polyps which are common in allergic rhinitis.. Please consult online for further evaluation and treatment. Steam inhalation twice a day will help in reducing the symptoms a bit till then
