Ear-Nose-Throat Problems

My dad seems to have a cough issue from a long time. When he speaks we can feel some cough stuck in his throat since his voice is not clear... He coughs it out sometimes but we still feel tat his chest might be full of cough. Last year he underwent paralysis attack. May be after that he started having this issue.

Sudden sneezing or coughing start around evening hours before going to bed. It continuous for and hour or two and then settles down. All day long no problem, but in early day hours(5am-6am) or late evening(just before going to bed) allergy aggravates and results in continuous cough OR sneeze. Please help.

I noticed 7 day before bump on my back of tongue (6 to 7 bump) and pain in right side  ear..................................................is it serious ...I attached image

I have a ringing sensation in one ear for almost a day it's is very annoying what should I do about it

Hello Doc, I wanted share that from past few days I am having ear pain and feeling heaviness. Actually few days back I was feeling itchiness and since then I am suffering form bad ear pain. I took antibiotics but no relief. Please suggest..

I can't smell it's been 3 months , I don't have cold or cough, please suggest I try Alot but no result

From today morning, im feeling a constant pressure in nose and forehead pain and both nostrils are blocked. The nose is not runny but nostrils get blocked in alternative turns. Also the outer corner of both the eyes are red. The ears are also feeling different like blocked and jaw is also paining and numb from left side. Im feeling my own heartbeats. Kindly help

I don't have flu nor runny nose but since 6 to 7 months I am facing a issue like nose is blocked unable to breathe freely thru nose. I have not consulted any doctor so far neither I am taking any medicines. Sometimes fully relieved but most of the time congestion. Please help me. I also have some issues with my tongue, its thickened and on both sides of the tongue have small small balls but its not painful neither itchy nothing and its not going of since many months and I have not consulted any doctors for that too. Don't know what to do with that. Please help me
