Ive lost a lot of weight, i went from writing 130 lbs to 119 in less than a month, then went from 119 lbs to 110 in matter of weeks and now I weigh 103 within a a week and 2 days, I went to the doctor and they said it might be mono and the test results came back negative for mono, but my lymphocytes were high and so was my TIBC, I've been really tired and lethargic lately and bruising easily.

Night shift n college same day.wht to ea

I have been working in the night shifts as well as going to the college alternate days in the week for my further studies.. Sore muscles post walking or jogging.

Hi Doctor, My weight is 75kg and height 5.4 I'm quite overweight for my height. My life style it very lazy with no physical activities. Due to weight gain I decided to loose some by low calorie intake and walking(Trying to complete 10000steps for the days) Problem is when I do crunch or walking/jogging. My muscles tend to get sore. Which becomes very painful and unwillingly I m forced to rest next day to couple of days. Also when I walk I start breathing hard. I understand that starting all this suddenly will make my body sore as my body is not used to it. I wish to know that how can I encounter this issue. Can I take painkillers like zerodol or dolo ? Is there any other method to finish this problem. How do I plan my routine? All this pain kinda demotivates me. I atleast Wana reduce 10kgs
