I have been putting on intense weight year by year. I suffered from dengue in 2011. Ever since then, I have put on 45-50kilos. Am so much disturbed. I workout irregular and as soon as I stop, my weight gains rapidly.

My height is 5 feet 3 inches ..weight 70..age 34 years...suggest veg diet plan to lose 6 to 8 kg..

My husband keep on loosing weight for no reason . He is under 125 mg thyronorm for more than a year as he has got hypothyroidism. Now his t4 level are also not in expected range so one of the endocrinologist suggested to take vitamin tablet along with calcium and 125 mg thyronorm. I am worried if he has other problem as he is drastically cutting down his weight. He is neither a smoker nor a person who takes alcohol. Kindly note: this drastic weight loss is seen from last one year. Kindly advice

I need to understand why my ketosis hasn't started yet. I'm doing everything properly. following all the guidelines. still ketosis hasn't started. I took the urine test. please recommend a good keto diet or a doctor who can guide me.
