Not bleeding just a white spot , should I use bitadin or t bact ? Or any other treatment is required?

My 3.5 years male Labrador had seizure last year march once then this year march on Holi and yesterday. Intensity is increasing every time, he peed and there was foams in his mouth and his body was uncontrollable. I have Gardenal tablets .please tell how many to give, he is 35-40 kgs. And I also have Epi care syrup- what is the dosage? Or suggest any other medicine or anything else how to stop them.

Hi, I got anti rabies 3 doses with 1 dose of immunoglobulin also last month i.e May. I got scratched again by a stray cat i feed regularly. Should i get TT at-least or as its only been a month will it be alright ?? I didn't get TT last month or in 6 months. Any inputs would be appreciated thank you.
