As showing in picture you applied Betadin and white spot is not visible clearly. How long has this white spot been there?. If there is no wound then it may be due to hair loss of that particular area, or may be due to fungal infection and Sebaceous cysts: these are smaller bumps that can look like a pimple or a wart. So it’s depends on condition please provide some more details and clear images of that area .
