Child Health Issues

Hello please guide,here In Pune the temperature is very low according to to normal temperatures, it's going to reach to 14 degrees in night, how can I keep my baby warm do I make him wear sweater?, soon coming Tuesday we are going to travel at our in laws place Hyderabad , by train in AC boggie ( for temperature reasons)that day temperature is 16degree how can we travel safely, please guide.how can I keep him warm?without he getting any infection and fever? And reaching Hyderabad safely , currently since 5 days giving him Zincovit, for immunity anything else I can give he is 4months old

My son 6 years old got fever an cold ,we took him doctor an gave syrup ,fever is above 102 an morning 11 i gave him meftal syrup an now again he got fever an shivering ,can i give one more dose now or i'll wait to complite 6hrs ,pls tell me urgent .thank you

I have got her vaccination done yesterday and she has got fever after that. I have given her paracetamol thrice already with a gap of 6 hours but the fever isn't coming down. It's 102.3 right now. Is it considered normal having such high fever after vaccination?

My 4 months old daughter is not passing stool daily and also she is passing very hard stool without any water content in it. She is staining alot for pushing that stool but still stool is not coming out. She is fully formula fed. Is there any drops or syrup to solve this.

Iam a mother of 3 and half months old. my son doesnt sleep whole day he is always active even at night time and day time not even for 1 hour is this normal or we may find any changes as he grows he has no sleep completely and gets cranky due to sleeplessness he gets scared wen he even trues t close his eyes he immediately opens eyes shaking his legs n hands.

Im a mother of 3 months old baby boy, my son doesnt sleep whole day in 24 hours he is not even sleeping for 1 hour he is active and alert, due to this he gets cranky daily,this is common but how come my baby is active whole day in 24 hours . And often even if he try to sleep and close  his eyes he suddenly gets scared and opens his eyes. When I consulted my pediatric he told me that how come he is awake whole day it is impossible. AS he grows he might sleep some doctor say I want to know from which month baby will have proper sleep cycle Kindly suggest.!!!

Fever Armpit temp 102.7 ,7 yrs old girl. Mh daughter suddenly started having fever in evening today it was 100.6 and we gave her paracetamol after it went down ...we measured temp around 1 am today in after 6 hrs the temp was 102.7 we gave paracetamol again but temp has hardly reduced we sponging her for now...what cud be the reason for sudden high temp and how to get it down
