Can one dose of furosemide cause dehydration in baby? Doctor has prescribed furosemide for VSD. She has been peeing a lot after taking the medicine will it cause dehydration should i feed her more? Baby weight 4 kg and have given 0.5ml (furoped 300mg/30ml) How long does the effect of medicine last?

Yesterday night my 1 year 11 months baby has temperature 100.5 ° F and gave paracetamol 250 . 2 doses with 6 hours gap 3ml. Today now @ 12:50 pm he has 97.7 ° F temperature. Now should I continue giving him paracetamol with 6 hrs gap until  today midnight 12 am. Or should I stop giving paracetamol by considering there is no fever? Please suggest Doctor. Thank you.

Hello Doctor, My son's age is 1 year 11 months. Yesterday night he got fever 100.5 °F around 12' o clock. Gave paracetamol p 250 - 3 ml. After 1 st dose fever reduced like no there's no fever. But gave 2nd dose after 6 hours - 3ml. Now my question is: fever got reduced. Should I give paracetamol today as well like another 3 doses with 6 hrs gap. Please suggest. Thank you.

Hi sir,ma'am, 8 months old daughter born at 37+2 weeks weight 2.7 kgs, current weight 9.2kgs is not sitting yet, only sits for few mins with pillow but then again leans forward, tummy time is fine and rolls sometimes, is anything needs to be done so that she can achieve sitting,crawling, pls guide..

Dear doctor, I would like to share that my son who is 17 month old doesnt learn or imitate what i told him to do... he doent focus on what i say... he doesn't show interest in learning... he doesn't perform basic things like bye, namaste, etc... he is very active... he doesn't sleep whole night... wake up two to three times at night... are these things normal in 17 month old baby? should i visit pediatrician?

Can I give paracetamol medicine to 1 Yr,  11 months baby even he is not fed any thing milk or food before giving paracetamol.

Hello doctor, My 2years old son getting fever from last 2 days . Iam using meftal-p suspension syrup in 5 ml dosage. After tacking syrup the temperature is cooling down and after 7 to 8 hours he is getting fever again.and felling little cold hence we are using L-hist syrup in 5ml dosage.He is playing normally and no other issues when the fever is normal. This is the first time that he is getting fever continually for 2 days . Help me out with some solution

After nebulization of budesonide and levsalbutamol for 3 days the cough 95% subsided , but next day the cough started again ..,...what to do ? Can I continue nebulization untill the 100% releif from cough ? How many days ? Does corticosteroid harm baby for more uses ?
