Child Health Issues

Hi, We had our 4 months daughter complete urine culture which showed pus cell of 6 to 8 hpf, report attached. However, we also did her urine culture and sensitivity test, which came as negative. We stopped her medicine on 3rd of January, 2024, as she has uti and completed her antibiotics course. Can anyone tell me on how to interpret this tests results. Reports are attached. So that we plan a MCUG test for our baby, with the discussion of our paediatric nephrologist. I just need the interpretation only. Not a detailed discussion is required.

Sir/ ma'am my babies age is 9 months.i give him Vit d drops 1ml daily. Today by mistake given 1.5 ml. Now what to do? I am very scared. Pl help.  8.2 kgs weight of my baby. Pl help.

My son is 6 years old and weighs 15kg. Sleeping pattern is around 8hrs (10PM to 7PM). Watching mobile for around one hour after returning from school. Vegetarian only can include eggs. Since 2 days, I have been noticing dark circles around his eyes. What could be the reason? Anemic or cold or nutrition deficiency? He had a cold for 2 weeks , now rarely coughing. Please advise. Need to take any test or should I notice for some more days after changing his diet. He is active and normal only.

I was sitting on the bed and trying to burp my newborn. She was profusely crying and tilting her head towards the bed. While I was also tilting myself to put her down on the bed the fell from my hand onto the bed. The distance was not much and the hit was very not hard since she fell onto the bed. My 4-month-old baby has got a cough and a stuffy nose. After evaluating him, the doctor gave panthor dx and Omnix 100 for 6 days ( 2 times per day). Can you please clarify is it good to continue or shall I stop it's dosage. Already gave for 2 days and he is better now

The pediatrician has given my 4 months baby PANTHOR DX AND OMNOX 100 syrup for his cough and cold. He said the medicine should be taken for 6 days I have given it for 2 days now my baby is better. Please clarify if I can continue using PANTHOR DX and Omnix 100 for the next 4 days.
