Child Health Issues

Im a mother of 3 months old baby boy, my son doesnt sleep whole day in 24 hours he is not even sleeping for 1 hour he is active and alert, due to this he gets cranky daily,this is common but how come my baby is active whole day in 24 hours . And often even if he try to sleep and close  his eyes he suddenly gets scared and opens his eyes. When I consulted my pediatric he told me that how come he is awake whole day it is impossible. AS he grows he might sleep some doctor say I want to know from which month baby will have proper sleep cycle Kindly suggest.!!!

Fever Armpit temp 102.7 ,7 yrs old girl. Mh daughter suddenly started having fever in evening today it was 100.6 and we gave her paracetamol after it went down ...we measured temp around 1 am today in after 6 hrs the temp was 102.7 we gave paracetamol again but temp has hardly reduced we sponging her for now...what cud be the reason for sudden high temp and how to get it down

Baby's head is very hot, normally when he gets fever his head will be very hot, now I checked currently his body temperature is 98.3 , is that he will get fever later on?, he had mild cold

My son 3 years old is very active but recently past one week he takes deep breath often after playing or sitting but sleep normally even though taking deep breath often he is very active playing well and eating and talking well Do i need wordy about this or it's just normal phenomenon

My daughter of 26 months old, 14 kg weight suffering from fever from yesterday onwards, I had given meftal p 2.5 ml yesterday night and today night with regular intervals of crocin syrup of 3 ml ...on yesterday and today but fever relapses recurrently... please give me the suggestions regarding this problem

My 2 month baby has nasal congestion followed by coughing . Today is day 3 We visited the paediatrician he said the chest is clear and prescribed atrax 3 drops and nasoclear. The baby is alert and feeding well. The baby is coughing only when awake and after feed .  The cough is dry mostly. I am worried if it is something serious. He is sleeping well and breathing easy in sleep . Only when he wakes or is in active sleep he makes congestion sounds through nose and coughs .. Please advise if any other intervention is required ? Also how soon will the cough clear . ?

Hi, My son is 5 months old. Since last 2 months, we are facing issues pertaining to his feeding style. We have to make him sleep to feed, or else he will not take feed. Paediatricians suggested us to wait for him to get hungry then automatically he will take. But even after keeping him hungry for 6 hours, he didn't ask for feed by himself.  Due to this, last month he lost around 500 grams. Since then, we have been making efforts to make him sleep every 2-3 hours for feeding. Also, he will not sleep on his own. It is taking our too much time and efforts and we are ending up exhausted. Please suggest what to be done?
