Child Health Issues

My son is 1 month old. From last 4 days we noticed his bellybuton leaks some sticky yellowish fluid. Why is it so. He sometimes stretch his body or when we put him on shoulder to burp him, liquid discharged . Even I m applying ointment. It's leaking.

My 2 yrs old toddler vomits once at night after eating but the vomit is cough like with bad smell. Then he passes stool which is not loose but sticky and having very fowl smell. Shall I get worried about the symptoms?

For the first time my 8 month baby is passing white colour grey stool he is very active doing i have attached the pic please do the needful is their any thing serious.

Good evening sir/madam, my daughter was born on sep 13th 2023, 6th week vaccination our pediatrician has given on oct 30th which is painless (hexanim vaccine ) he said to wait for 15 days to get Pcv and rotavirus vaccine also now baby has crossed 6 weeks so should I give pov nd rotavirus first dose? On Wednesday and he said nov 30th is going to be again hexanim vaccine am not understanding usually 6th week vaccination should be completed before due but its already delayed so when will be the 10th week pcv bd rota dose pls replyyy thank you so much also which vaccine in government they use for pcv 1

Hi my doctor has prescribed clavam for my 3month old,2.5ml(3times ) a day, Crocin syrup, and ascoril ls 1ml (3 times ) a day for chest congestion and cold and cough is it safe to put these many medications at a time I keep an hour gap in each medicine, antibiotic is given so that my baby recovers soon, as his 2nd dtp vaccination is been delayed due to his cold and cough, is these medication safe?

Our baby is 15 months old, she had her cleft palate surgery when she was 13 month old and we were in hospital and giving only milk for nearly a month and she was always hungry and tired during those times she did not get to walk, now she is 15 month old and is walking independently for short distances before falling over, we are worried she has not started running but she gets up and walks and shifts between walking and crawling, we are worried what should we do, what could be the issue

Hello Doc, I have a 1 year old daughter and she is not pooping properly. Sometimes she poops like pebbles and next day proper poop and then gap of 2 days. Earlier she used to poop daily. She eats everything. We give her Vit D, Iron and she take cow milk. She took some medicine like antibiotics, cough and cold and she after that only I noticed her poop changes. Please guide Thankyou!!
