6th week vaccination of my child has been done in government center (whole pertussis). Now for 10th and 14th week canI switch to painless vaccine (acellular pertussis)? How will be the immunity long term or short term?

Dear Doctor. My daughter 5 year wight 16 kg she has ear infection ENT doctor prescribed clozotic ear drop for 10 days already 5 day completed.    Is it safe and can she give more 5 day as par prescribed after 5 day she is fine and no more symptoms on her ear. Thank

I have to travel a distance of 550km which is 1.5 hrs by flight, 8 hrs by train or by road, how best and comfortable it would be to take my 2.5 months old baby who is completely formula fed.

Hi doctor, My 1 month old baby makes noises and seems uncomfortable while pooping. However the poop has liquid / runny consistency and green color. He is on combination feeding. ( Formula only at night once) Why is he uncomfortable? Is there any cause of concern? Please suggest

My baby has turned 15 months and is still not walking although she walks with support really well and can stand independently for a minute or so. She reached all her milestones a little late like she started sitting when she was 7.5 months old and she has just got her first teeth. But she started crawling by the time she was 5 months old. When will she walk since my paediatrician told me it's normal for a baby to walk between 12-18 months of age. She has been eating all the food which we eat during lunch & dinner and the milk intake is also fine. She's 10 kgs now.

Hi all, My baby boy is 3 month old. We were asked to do ultrasound of abdomen and lft when we went for vaccination as doctor observed slightly enlarged stomach. The liver size came around as 7.49 cm and gall bladder came as 12 mm.Is the size normal? The lft came with values of sgot(54) and sgpt(36). We are really tensed. Please suggest if the above values are normal at his age. Baby is fine without any symptoms. Please find the attached reports and suggest.
