My daughter is 6+ years old and she was prescribed to take nasonex spray twice a day as she has cold and adenoid. Please help when to take and is twice a day ok for nasonex?

My baby boy is 3 month old weight 7kg he had fever and vomiting ( 2 time) the next day of vaccination.
