Usually loose stool takes time to resolve. Make sure to give her good amount of water and ORS to keep her well hydrated. Check her urine frequency and color, as long as she is passing frequent white urine, should be fine

Start syurp zinc 20 mg 5 ml once a day for 14 days
If there will b fever then start syrup oflox metro 2.5 ml three times day for 5 days
Maintian hydration by giving ORS water
