My baby boy is 4 month old I gave him colicaid since he is struggling for long time, after giving colicaid still he is struggling to poop for more than 2 hours after colicaid. Please advise I am worried

Hi..my toddler boy who is 2.5 years now is pooping very hard and I am concerned about his poop color. He drinks a lot of milk everyday and consumed a lot of white food since 2 days(banana, makhana & rice porridge, dragon fruit, some apple, jowar ravva upma and salt biscuits) since yesterday. He drinks around 500 ml milk daily. Also he had developed tiny bumps recently and itches a lot. His Paed has told that it happened due to tree's seed outside our house where he plays and prescribed us Atarax drops and Prucal lotion. But we didnt send him out yesterday and he still developed some bumps. I am attaching his poop and his skin rash on arm and thighs. He is super active kid. But this  am really worried about. pls help.

My baby is having loose stools since a week now and i consulted a doctor very first day and he has given me tufpro and z and d drops to use but still it has not reduced completely.till how many days is it normal to have loose motion?

Hi Doctor, I am unable to understand why my nebulizer is spraying medicine out instead of mist. I clean it nicely but still this is happening. Could you pls let me know any suggestions.

Hi doctor, My kid was suffering from ankle sprain from past 35 days. Initial 25 days no fever and he was Taking only calcium syrub. Later we changed the doctor and he gave Taxim- O syrub and Ibugesic- after this medicine my kid started getting fever and he is unable to walk even 9 days after the fever recovery. Any side effects of Taxim -O? - if we take antibiotics without infection? Is it affected my kid walking? How long it will take to recover?

Hi.. my son is 1. 2 yrs old, he is vomiting after eating anything, we have tried vomikind but still the issue persists. He is getting irritable as he is having loose motions as well. Currently he is majorly on mother feed. Request you to please suggest what all necessary actions need to be taken for the same.
