Fever cough
My son 3.5 years 13.8kg 3 ft. He is having stuffy runny nose, cough and fever. I took temp it was 102.3. first I gave him some water and then sponge bath. After that his temp was 98.6.
Same thing happened yesterday when he has temperature 100.5 I gave him some water and fever came down. Without medicine.
Now he complains of stomach ache. Please suggest is it a flu or something serious. He is eating pooping normally. Urine is also clear.

Can give paracetamol if fever above 99.5. Nasivion paediatric drops if nose block. Drotin syrup for stomach pain. Light diet
