23 month old has from runny nose & cough

Asked for Male, 2 Years

My son 23 month old is suffering from running nose,watery eyes and cough. I generally give maxtra and tixylix to him. Doc suggested sinarest but he has no fever. Can I continue with maxtra and tixylix? Please suggest maxtra and tixylix dosage.

Cold and cough medication are not advisible below 2 years. As your son is just around 2 it is ok. Dose depends on age weight and what formulation you are using like drops or syrup.
