Hello dr for 10months old baby boy he is suffering from cold and cough so is it ok to give pear fruit

My 8 months 15 days baby boy sweating on forehead while sleeping even it is winter season .He has no other symptoms.Taking food and milk.Sleeping well.Can you please confirm if this is normal

My 2 month old girl has not made potty for 3 days straight. On two occasions it was 2 days gap. Now it has become 3 days. Is this normal?

Now her temperature is 98.2. she doesn't have fever but why her temperature raised suddenly? Can body temperature raise without fever? If so for what reason?
