Child Health Issues

My 16 months 10 days old baby blabbers more and says amma only when i ask him to say. Is this okay or it is an issue to be concerned. I am worried as my son says only one word.

My 2.5 year old fell from kitchen counter on back and head yesterday  She cried for some time and got convinced and slept after 1/2 hr. She is active and food intake everything seems normal. But she has mild fever ( 99.7) now but no vomit. is it something to be worried and related to fall?

My 4 yr old son has swelling in posterior auricular region..I noticed it 2 days ago .it's like pea size..please suggest..Is it anything to worry..there is no pain

Sir my baby is 10 months old. He has runny nose since 7 days, I have given sinarest 4 ml for 3 days but no improvement then I am giving maxtra syrup (3ml ) 3 times from 2 days and using saline nasal spray but still he has runny nose. I gave steam inhalation also with hot water for 2 times yesterday but then also still he has runny nose, what to do, is there any problem with cold staying so long? I am not giving any cold food also then what can be the reason & is there any changes in diet need to be made along with any medicine?
