Child Health Issues

Hello doc My 6 month old baby not.sleeping for more than 12 hrs, night sleeps for 9-10 hrs and morning hardly 2hrs but she is active not demanding milk for three to four hours if she is awake also..this is happening for past 1.5 months She is active and achieving her milestones What can be the reason and I am worried this inadequate sleep will result in future like any adhd, autism or behavior issues

My Daughter had a runny nose cough with mucus since last 4 days( not moderate ) .I have given "Relent plus syrup" for 2 days  she seemed fine till yesterday And from yesterday night she has been having a  fever 101. We gave her crocin twice this morning but the fever is coming back fast. What can we give her today.  Her pediatrician on call suggested 6.5 Combiflam syrup with food. So how much time gap should be there in two doses of Combiflam. Can we give anything else to make her feel better Her weight is (14kg) and Age is 6 years Thanks in advance

Hi, My son aged 3 years 11 months, is not mingling with other kids. But very much active and talkative in home. But not speaking to his class teacher and class mates for one year. Does he feels shy or someother issue. He is single child for me. No other neighbor kids to play with him. Please response.

My son is 10.5 months old and is suffering from cough and cold. Doctor prescribed me nippod 100 BD with Ambrodyl and grilinctus syrup both TDS , Can we give Ambrodyl and grilinctus together as grilinctus also contains ambroxol. Please suggest

My son has a recurring high fever every 4 hrs. His weight is 29 kg and 6 years old. Given paracetamol already 2 times with 5 hr interval later at 10:30pm given maftal p 5ml the he committed and fever was too high as 104.9. So given paracetamol 6 ml at 11:30pm after an hr. Now again he started fever after 4 hr at 2:45 am What to give now. Please suggest it's urgent help. Appreciate your help. 🙏

Hi. My baby 5 month is suffering from red severe rashes(both patches and red dots) around neck and chest area from few days(uploaded the image). She drolls a lot. We have asked to use Hydrocortisone cream by one the paediatrician. After applying this cream the red patches are turning to white color so we stopped using it.The rashes got very intense ans spread over the neck and chest area so we again consulted other paediatrician. We have been to asked to give Altrax syrup and prucal lotion. Was that rash is due to excessive drooling or is it some sort allergy? Is it okay to use prucal lotion will it help to reduce rashes and how long will it take?

Hi , My 3.5 month old daughter got her vaccination , injection site is hard, swollen and red . It is been 3 days now. Swelling has reduced a bit but reddness and hardness still there. Is this normal? Can this be cured?

My daughter is 3.5 months old and her current weight is 5.75kg. Her birth weight is 2.78kg. She is very active and mostly on breastfeed. Is her weight okay or I need to worry about it?
