My 2 months old baby girl fidgets when not in deep sleep and sometimes opens half eyes where I can see that the eye balls are not in the centre but up, like rolling up eyes. Is this normal

Hello, My son is 20 weeks old. Hez born at 36 weeks with birth weight 2.1kgs. his current weight is 6 kgs. He is trying to move towards his sides but unable to roll over. When I'm putting him on his tummy , he feels uncomfortable. But hez able to lift his head when put on tummy. He reached his other milestones like recognising us, making sounds, trying to hold objects, but unable to roll over. Is is normal or do I need to be worried. Thanks a lot 🙏🏻

Dear doctor, My son has attached bumps in hand legs lower back and face. I took him to my pediatrician she said it's a bite. But it's spreading everywhere. He had fever for 3 days now it settled. But rashes are spreading. He is taking cetrizine syrup 3.5ml every night on doctors advise. But what is it. Please anyone let me know as my doctor couldn't confirm on this
