My daughter is 3.5 years old. She is active. Yesterday night while sleeping she said legs and hands pain, in mid night she got fever with body pain so I gave her paracetamol drops. Morning after breakfast again drops. I didn't send her to school. She was okay without fever without medication. But now she is telling again legs and hands pain and little fever. Please tell me

Pains might be due to fever. Some viral fevers can cause body pains along with fever.
Next Steps
continue paracetamol drops whenever she gets fever with a gap of atleast 4 to 6 hours between each dose.
if fever not subsiding in two to three days, do consult for further evaluation
