Child Health Issues

Hi Ped! Please suggest here. My 2.3 year old daughter is not eating  since 2 days. She always loved eating.. but since last 2 days she eats just 2 spoons of anything or eats banana that's it.. It appears she is getting her last set of teeth at the bottom.. but she does not have any loose motions. She had some mild fever a week ago and is fine now. So is her disinterest in eating is due to eating?? Fyi, her deworming is also done a month ago.

My daughter 8 and half months old she is doing fine regular activities from today afternoon she sweating excessively frequently is there any serious problem? Actually while playing on bed ok last Tuesday she hit her head with wall and it swallows some part after 5-10 minutes we apply thormphob gel on it and it's reduced next day morning. Is there any link between two incidents?

I want to share my guilt story when my baby boy was 10 days old while trying to feed him he got slipped from feeding pillow and fall down from bed he slept at moment I consulted local pedatrician he got usg of his head done reports are normal even i consulted many doctor online everyone said this fall wont have any effect in future From your long term experiences i want to ask you have seen alot of cases of neonatal fall please share some cases in which child is completely fine in long term

My son is 4 month old he cough and sneeze around 10-15 times a day. Is it due to choking/aspirating during breastfeed. Because I couldn't find mucus in his nose. Please help

Hi, Is it required to clean the tongue for 6 month old baby or that can create problem for the child.

My 4 months baby is not drinking milk for around 5 hrs. This is after a bus travel. We gave him a bath and tried to make him drink but he is not at all taking it. He is happy and active as usual with proper urination. Please suggest what shall be done to make him drink milk

My baby boy is 60 days old. Yesterday we observed a blue colour on top of the tongue. He is accepting feed, playing normally. We are using medicines Multivitamin+minerals syrup drops (3mg of iron) and also vitamin d3 drops. I am attaching the image of tongue please suggest
