Off and on fever from 14 days
My child is 21 month old on 4 th of February in the morning he went to play out side and after coming back he vomited 2 times and after 2 hours he got high fever ...I gave him paracetamol 3 times and fever subside in 3 days but he got coughing and heaviness in throat after one week coughing also stop but suddenly on 16 th February at night he complained about ear pain .and I get him checked, doctor gave him ear dropes ..but same day at night fever again start and now it Is 3 days passed but fever is not going  despite giving paracetamol ...two weeks before I was at my father home..and there he use to play with 4 month old puppies..is there any possibility of puppy bite..I am fearing ...kindly suggest me how to diagnosis in case puppy bite..

He must be having ear infection, will need antibiotics. Kindly consult for further advice

He has an infection mostly lower respiratory tract which requires antibiotics , I could prescribe some over video consultation . Puppy bite will leave a mark and symptoms of rabies do t present like this .
