My 4 year old child gets spittle from his mouth while sleeping please give me advice what can I do any medicine please provide me .

If child is snoring. And having frequent cough and cold episodes, not gaining weight.. disturbing his routine life.. if these all are present better consult for adenoid hypertrophy.. otherwise would settle with upcoming age..

Is he mouth breathing? Does he have repeated ear infection? Is he snoring?
If yes, get him evaluated for adenoids
If no, it will self resolve with age.
