My 3 year old girl child is not eating
My 3 year old girl child is not eating anything from last several days when she was suffered from fever. Doctor given Esomac 10, Calpol 120, Azee etc. Now she is not interested to eat anything. Her Tools are tight with visible pus. Please help.

Please send her stool for routine and microscopy test. Post infection some children have weakness,loss of appetite,etc.
