My baby is 3 minths old his hn is 10 gm earlier when he was born his hb was 14 gm he is having hernia can i give him rb tone to increase hb if yes then how muvh ml if not plz suggest some syrup to increase his hb U hv attached his reports also

My 1.5 year baby is having fever since yesterday, started both paracetamol and antibiotics as per doctors guidance. From today dysensry also added. If I give paracetamol the temperature is getting down. but after some hour it's raising again Shall I wait and continue this medicine for three days or need to take blood test now itself?
