I have a query need your assistance
How frequently we should change the diaper of a baby to protect from diaper rash n Uti Uti is a major concern for all as it can directly effect kidney
I have searched in Google we should change the diaper in every 3 hour to protect from diaper rash n Uti and in night it's not possible it's compulsory to change in every 3 hours for protection from diaper rash n Uti need a expert advice please do the needful.

Hi
U need to change diaper as soon as it is soiled/2-3 hrly
Remove diaper for extended time during day it decreases friction and decreases chances of rash
Use disposable diapers >cloth diapers
