My 4 months old baby crying from yesterday night and having fever now taking feed properly last stool was tight and not proper.

Dear Doctor's, I found my toddler has a chipped teeth - upper  in front side today morning. I am generally using the paste kiddodent to brush her teeth. Attached the reference image for your consideration. And kindly provide me any resolution for this? Or is it normal that 4 year old babies have this type of issues? What would be the reason for this? What type of foods we need to give. Kindly suggest. Thanks.

My 9 month old son was diagnosed with VUR grade 4 and 5 . He is on CAP since birth and no UTI so far. His DMSA scan also shows normal. We are waiting for ureter reimplantation once child reach 1.5 years old as per doctor advise. Is it necessary to circumcise him now or shall we avoid it completely. Please kindly advice.

My iugr(1.02 kg birth weight )baby is now 9 months old weighing 6kg. He had low hb count when he was 1-2 months old. Now the doctor has suggested him to take 0.8ml tonoferon (no recent blood tests). Is it okay to give that much iron? Will it not have any side effects?
