Hai my daughter is 5 months old .she constantly put her fingers in to the mouth and suck it ,by doing so her face will be covered in saliva .I started to note tiny bump on her forehead near her nose ..I will attach the pic kindly have a look Is it normal Is there any cream we can use to resolve the issue Thank you

My son is 13 years weight 85 kg too dolo  650 mg when he had 101 or so two and half hours. Still he has fever of around 102 after two and half hours. Can we give meftal forte 500 mg? Normally what is the gap between dolo and meftal
