My baby is 19 months old and weighs around 11.5 kg. He is having high fever 102-103. Crocin seems ineffective as his temperature again rises after 2 hours of crocin. He is having cold as well. Please suggest dosage of ibugesic plus. He is cranky and not eating anything due to fever.

Dose of Ibugesic plus is 4.5 ml per dose which can be repeated a maximum of 4 times in 24 hours. Ideally this medicine is not considered as good as it has a combination of paracetamol and ibuprofen which has no scientific basis. Only ibuprofen should be given alone. Please visit a pediatrician for all this. If the fever is not getting better, please visit a pediatrician for a check up. Don't do self medication. There may be a serious underlying illness which needs diagnosis with check up, blood tests and may need hospital admission
