Fever not responding to paracetamol 15mg /kg /dose - you did not mention the Crocin -120 or 250 - dose will be 7 ml of 120 or 3.5 ml of 250 mg . If fever not responding to this dose you must consult a paediatrician- in Ibugesic plus - have ibuprofen plus paracetamol- firstly you should not give it after a dose of Crocin and you have to wait for 6 hrs and then you can give dose of ibugesic plus- 3.5 ml - but you must consider to consult a paediatrician as early as possible- though viral fever initially have high grade fever not responding to plain paracetamol.
