My baby is 10month and 24days old .I started to give her cerelac wheat and rice from 2days now she is having fever along with cough .can cerelac be the reason for this.and I gave her ibuprofen syrup 2.5ml

My son is 19 months old . He started pointing out many things like fan , light ,tv etc. When we ask him where is fan he correctly point it. But he started speaking only few words like mama , baba ,papa , dada . Also he does not speak words frequently , very less words he speak. In our family my language is Hindi and my husband's is odia. We try to communicate with him in Hindi but we both are working , we are able to spend only 2-3 hrs in morning and 2-3 hrs in night with him. Rest of the day he is with caretaker who speaks odia. Kindly guide me what we need to do so that it will help our son to speak easily more words easily. Whether two languages making it difficult for him to speak? Guide us what to do in such case.
