Child Health Issues

Hello doctors My baby is now 6 months old.What should I do now ? How much breastfeeding is required and what items I should feed him. My in-laws are suggesting to feed him the regular food that I am having in mashed form, but I am concerned about the spices but they are suggesting that he will adjust his palate accordingly. Kindly guide me.

Hi. I have 1 yr 9 months old kid. I recently stopped breast feeding to him. And I noticed since then he is having health issues. Like getting cold cough like that. Is stopping breast feed cause low immunity?
