My baby is 3 yrs old and she is following instructions and identifying objects and tells 1000 words and answering if we ask any questions but not initiating real time conversation and also she is adamant and specific in Certain things like if dad drop her in the school .example she wants daily her dad to drop if someone else goes she is pushing them .is it normal ? Communication delay is normal ? And she is afraid of potty training

Hi Ped! Please suggest here. My 2.3 year old daughter is not eating  since 2 days. She always loved eating.. but since last 2 days she eats just 2 spoons of anything or eats banana that's it.. It appears she is getting her last set of teeth at the bottom.. but she does not have any loose motions. She had some mild fever a week ago and is fine now. So is her disinterest in eating is due to eating?? Fyi, her deworming is also done a month ago.
